Please note that FREE SHIPPING implies that the product will either be shipped via Freight or FedEx Ground to your home or business depending on the size of the item. It will almost always be shipped via Freight due to the fact that our items are normally too large to be shipped via FedEx. Any items that are shipped via Freight will be shipped in accordance with Curbside Delivery. Curbside delivery refers to the following. Once the item is shipped, the customer will receive a tracking number via email that can be tracked. The customer will be also be contacted to schedule a delivery time. Once driver reaches destination, it is up to the customer to carry the item(s) from the truck to their residence. Please make sure that on that day, you will have any support necessary to carry the item(s). Some of our items are very heavy and you may need additional help. The driver is not responsible for helping the customer bring the item(s) into their home. If you would like inside delivery, which means the drivers will unload the items, and deliver them into your home, please ask us before placing an order.
